The construction of at least some of its buildings could date back to the 6th century. It is part of a territory called Contado di Porta Eburnia, located in the valleys immediately south-west of Perugia, between the basins of the rivers Caina, Genna and Nestore and enclosed in an area of ​​about 120 square kilometers. You can enjoy a well-preserved landscape dotted with medieval villages, castles, towers and historic villas. Indoors: a medieval hall with an arched ceiling in the Big Tower that can accommodate up to 50 people.
A second room called Raphael in the Small Tower can accommodate up to 75 people.
At a distance of around 20 meters, there is the small chapel of St. Paul built by the Benedictines before 1115 A.D. with delicate frescoes of the years 1315-19 painted by the artist Meo from Siena.
In the nearby, there are also two charming medieval churches, one in Castiglione della Valle at a distance of 600 meters and one in Pieve Caina at a distance of 1.5 km, so this location offers various possibilities to celebrate the religious ceremony.
