In the heart of Siena, in the central Via Montanini, a few minutes from Piazza del Campo, we find Sergardi Palace. This Palace was built by the will of Fabio Sergardi in 1744, who commissioned the design Paolo Posi. The Palace preserves the decorations and paintings executed by the best artists working in Siena.
The beautiful times of the halls of the main floor depicting mythological stories painted between 1794 and 1795 by Louis Ademollo, are perfectly preserved. The Palace is one of the most significant examples of Sienese architecture of the eighteenth century.
In the 50’s, the old ballroom of the Palace under the will of Margaret Sergardi was transformed into a theater, “the Piccolo Teatro of the city of Siena”, consisting of large rooms transformed into cozy rooms perfectly suited to educational needs. About 800 ancient customs are preserved in the cabinets of the Palace. The theater can ‘accommodate up to 100 people. The hotel interiors, refined and unique, make it the ideal setting for any type of event: cultural events, private events, presentations, meetings, conferences, film sets and photographic and cultural events.
